Intuitive Eating is a philosophy of eating that makes you the expert of your body and its hunger signals. Essentially, it's the opposite of a traditional diet. It doesn't impose guidelines about what to avoid and what or when to eat.

The behaviours may be impacting your social, mental, or physical health, but with Intuitive Eating strategies, you will learn how to Ditch Diet Culture.

challenge diet culture, working towards a healthy food relationship.
An Initial Assessment plus up to 4 Follow Up appointments over 3 months is our general recommendation.
