From pre-natal supplements to picky eating and everything in between, I'm here to walk you through healthy eating from pre-pregnancy to school-aged kids.
Nutrition changes with all ages and stages of life.
It is possible to create healthy relationships with food for your entire family, even with the pickiest of eaters! Starting as babies, you can begin to include your kids in the kitchen to provide them with essential life skills and start to build nutrition knowledge.
Together, we will:
discuss your unique barriers, challenges, and goals for your family.
educate on family nutrition concerns like what normal eating for your child is, dealing with picky eaters, division of responsibility, baby led weaning, and meal inspiration.
Prior to little ones joining the family, I also work with moms-to-be with prenatal concerns for a healthy pregnancy.
An Initial Assessment plus up to 1-2 Follow Up appointments is our general recommendation.
