Everyone's nutrition needs are unique, which is why I treat you and your specific concerns rather than a generalized approach. I strive to make nutrition advice personalized, practical, and, most of all, enjoyable. My goal is to provide evidence-based nutrition advice that is tailored to fit your lifestyle and your needs.

I'm here to provide you with the support and guidance you need to make lasting changes to your health. I use a Non-Diet approach to counselling that does not involve rigid meal plans and depriving yourself of the foods you love.
Instead, I focus on helping you create a relationship with food that is positive, balanced, and sustainable.

I strongly believe that healthy living is not measured by the number on the scale and use alternative measures for success. By understanding your individual needs and goals, I work with you to create a plan that is tailored to your lifestyle and unique situation.

Driven to share this unique, out-of-the-box approach to nutrition services in Alberta, I established a private practice in 2015, shortly after completing my Registered Dietitian Nutritionist certification.
Using a combination of my professional knowledge and real-life experiences as a wife and mom juggling multiple food sensitivities and IBS myself, I focus on nutrition issues I understand firsthand.
I am an advocate for Health at Every Size, knowing that health is different for everyone. I enjoy working with clients to ditch diet culture and establish healthy food relationships so they can live the healthiest version of themselves.

In my downtime, I am focused on my growing family, spending lots of time in the kitchen to share my love of cooking (and eating) with them.
