RD Nutrition Inc. proudly uses a Health At Every Size and All Foods Fit Approach to nutrition. We are all advocates of ditching diet culture for good and learning how to eat intuitively.
What does intuitive eating mean? It means that we listen to our bodies and give ourselves permission to eat ALL foods. We don't restrict any foods in the name of health and don't label foods as "good" and "bad". If you are tired of being on the NEXT NEW DIET, want to be free from all of the conflicting diet "rules" out there, and instead want to be empowered to make your own food decisions, THIS WORKSHOP is definitely for you.

Class 4: Increasing your cooking knowledge with a cooking class
This fun filled class of cooking will help inspire you to use ALL foods in the kitchen.
