Join RD Nutrition Inc. and Kelly Tibbets of Love|Yoga|Grace as they bring to you their passions to help people overcome the myths perpetuated by our Diet Culture – with Nutrition and Yoga.
This workshop is designed for individuals who are fed up with diet culture, fad diets and being controlled by food. It is also ideal for people struggling with their body image and feeling disconnected from their bodies and their physical and spiritual health. It’s perfect for anyone that is ready to leave all of this bull sh*t behind. In this 3-hour session we will cover everything from how to over come all or none thinking to building healthy food relationships and strategies for normal eating. Our hope is that you will feel empowered to give diet culture the middle finger and spread the message that food won’t control your life anymore.
