CARROT CAKE OVERNIGHT OATS

Make breakfast a breeze!

Ingredients

DRY:

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup carrot, grated

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp allspice

1 tbsp chia seeds

WET:

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp maple syrup

1 1/4 cup low fat milk or unsweetened almond beverage

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a glass container.

  2. Add wet ingredients on top.

  3. Mix all ingredients together. 

  4. Place the glass container in the refrigerator, covered, for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  5. When ready to eat, top with plain low-fat greek yogurt and pecans (if desired).
