Together, we will:

  • review your current diet and recommend how you can improve your nutrition for your sport.

  • discuss your off-season and your competion goals, as well as any performance specific goals. 

An Initial Assessment plus up to 1-2 Follow Up appointments is our general recommendation. Athletes looking for long term support will be assessed on an individual basis.
