Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Kristine Hittel is a Registered Dietitian, graduating from the University of Alberta in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science with a major in Human Nutrition. She is registered with the Alberta College of Dietitians and is a member of Dietitians of Canada.
She is passionate about helping people achieve their healthiest and happiest life, recognizing that this means different things to different people. Kristine provides an individualized approach to each client, embracing the differences of each and every client within a positive and non-judgemental environment.
Kristine specializes in mindful and intuitive eating, assisting clients in creating a healthy relationship with food. She has witnessed the backlash that people face from chronic dieting and that has lead her to finding different approaches to working with clients to achieve happy, healthy lives.
One of the most gratifying parts of being a Nutritionist for Kristine is working with people that have damaged relationships with food to find peace with food again.
In her spare time, Kristine is an avid hiker, camper, and traveller. She spends a lot of her time in the outdoors with her dogs.
